Upon relocating his family to the Charleston area, Shannon set about finding a spot for a great restaurant. He found that spot in the heart of Mt. Pleasant at 730 Coleman Blvd. Drawing from his wide range of culinary experience, Shannon's vision was to offer a blending of cultural foods that is American Cuisine.
